Program Management Office (PMO)The management and sponsors of the Program Management Office (PMO) define the scope of the PMO. The PMO defined in this document refers to an organization that manages the delivery of projects defined by a Client Engagement Team (CET). It is these projects that need to be managed in a coordinated way, through a PMO process.
